The Clear Choice for Sealed Enclosures

The Amphenol Armor IPX™ Clear Sealed Enclosure provides superior protection for printed circuit boards and electronic control modules in harsh environments and off-road applications, all in a clear, see-through housing. Available in two additional enclosure material types: Black Thermoplastic or Ultem® (Transparent Amber). Simplified installation is accomplished via a rugged tandem through-hole design for ease of mounting and includes optional environmental venting. The Armor IPX™ electrical interface is established with the compact ATM™ Header System featuring optional keying and sealed 90° molded pins. The snap-in headers quickly and securely attach to the Armor IPX™ enclosure and mate with standard ATM™ Series plugs. Armor IPX™ Sealed Enclosures and ATM™ Header Systems are compatible with industry standard EEC enclosures.
 

UL2237 Rated Three-Phase Control Power System

Amphenol Sine Systems PowerBOSS™ M29 Three-Phase Control Power System provides an alternative to “hard-wiring” for motor controller and industrial automation applications. The 25A/29A 600V connectors are IP68 protected and are ideal for applications in which power requirements are exposed to long-term physical stresses, and subjected to liquids or oils. The compact M29 (1.14") sizing minimizes panel space and wiring requirements and are available in straight or right angle over-molded options. The system is rated for Motor Branch Circuits and meets UL2237 for Industrial Machinery / UL approved as an assembly. PowerBOSS M29 three-phase control power receptacles and cable assemblies ensure consistent, low resistance connection points reducing downtime, easier maintenance and increased safety.

Amphenol Sine Systems’ BoardLock™ Family combines flanged or flangeless, 180° straight or 90° right angle pin-oriented, wire-to-board versatility with the proven reliability of the A Series™ environmentally-sealed thermoplastic connection system with a maximum current rating up to 25A. Featuring a compact, durable, low-profile and lightweight design, perfect for power or data signal applications in Heavy Equipment, Transportation, Industrial, Off-Road and Harsh Environments. All BoardLock™ product lines accept A Series components and are compatible with other industry standard mating connectors.

The
HYPERBUSS™ ATV Series 18 Position Receptacles are a high-performance, cost-effective solution used in a variety of interconnect applications where a common “bussed” electrical pathway is required: Heavy Duty, Transportation, Marine, Military, Alternative Energy and Agricultural. They offer superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities in the mated condition. All HYPERBUSS™ ATV Receptacles are intermateable with standard ATV Series™ Plugs, as well as industry standard connectors.
Buss: a conductor, or a group of conductors, used for collecting electric power from the incoming feeders and distributes them to the outgoing feeders; a type of electrical junction in which all the incoming and outgoing electrical current meets.
 

4-Hole Flanged Receptacles

Amphenol Sine Systems' PanelMate™ AT Series combines flange mounting options with the proven reliability of the AT/ATP Series™ environmentally-sealed thermoplastic connection system. Engineered with a one-piece sealed flange design for rapid and secure mounting, its durable high temperature silicone facial seal provides a barrier of protection from lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids and fossil fuels to withstand the challenges and complexities of harsh environment applications.
 

Single-Pole Power Solution

ATHD Series™ Single-Pole Power connectors provide an environmentally sealed IP67/69K connection system and viable solution to field splices and terminals in harsh environments. Safety features include an integral latch to prevent inadvertent disconnect and an audible click, tactile feel provide circuit confirmation. Precision machined contact technology maximizes performance and durability while delivering 100A of power. The rugged circular housings can be used as an in-line or easy to install sealed flange mount connection system for heavy-duty applications.
 

Field-Serviceable Splicing Solution

Amphenol Sine Systems’
SpeedSplice™ product is our field-serviceable solution where permanent splices are needed. Made of silicone rubber with an IP67 rating, our SpeedSplice™ houses an environmentally-sealed, mated pair of contacts, ensuring your repairs will withstand harsh environmental conditions. For use with A Series Common Contact Size 16 & 12 Machined/Stamped & Formed. Available in individual piece or as a kit.

Amphenol Sine Systems’ A Series™ Clips provide an optional method for mounting AT, ATM, ATP, and ATHD Series receptacles to our plug connectors, and are available in stainless steel, steel with zinc-plating, and plastic. Available in numerous configurations, our mounting clips are compatible with existing industry-standard connectors.

Protective Backshell Boots

Amphenol Sine Systems’ A Series™ Boots provide an optional protective backshell covering for harsh environmental and industrial applications in -29°C to +100°C conditions. For use with any AT Series™ modification that does not include an endcap. Available in 2-12 position, the boots come in 3 different colors, are made of high-quality Plastisol and are compatible with existing industry standard rectangular connectors.
